Troubleshooting guide

Common symptoms

No power or a tripping breaker

A heater element or GFCI issue may be involved. Contact a technician for an electrical diagnosis.

Low water temperature

Check and clean the filters. An air lock, circulation issue, or heater fault can also affect temperature.

“FLO” or “DRY” error

Confirm the water level is high enough. An obstruction or failing pump may need service.

Loud screeching from a pump

Worn pump bearings may require motor replacement.
